Here at TEX we know that sometimes words just don't make sense like "Universal Serial Bus" or "High Definition Multi-Media Interface" so we mad a handy guide so you don't have to remember all those smart people words

Micro USB: Used on most Tablets, Android phone and Bluetooth Speakers

Lightning: For IPads, iPods iPhone (5 and above)

Type C: Mostly newer devices including newer phones like the S9 or S9+ 

Thunderbolt 3:  Is the same plug as Type C, however  used on apples Mac Pro

Type C, Thunderbolt and Lighting can also be used as a headphone jack

( thats ok we have adapters for that)
